Before work begins

During the job

Document tear-off, deck condition, underlayment, and flashing as work moves across the roof. Keep progress photos with the same project so the office can review without chasing another message. Check that uploads finish before closing the browser.

At completion

Photograph finished courses, vents, and flashings from comparable viewpoints. Confirm originals are present and downloadable. Share selected photos with a customer when your process requires it; internal comments stay private.
