Before work begins
Create the project from reviewed appointment details or enter it manually. Keep the customer contact, appointment time, address, directions, and useful internal notes with the job. Add or rename bathrooms so each room has its own organized record.
During the field visit
Capture wide views and close-ups inside the appropriate bathroom and capture section. Select multiple items to move or tag them together, and verify that uploads finish before leaving the browser workflow. Only photograph and upload information your organization is authorized to use.
Back at the office
Review the photos, videos, project documents, and drawings without asking the field team to resend them. Keep attributed internal comments with the project and use roles, assignments, teams, and location coverage to control the working view.
Share and retain deliberately
Create a controlled gallery for selected media, or export a bathroom or the complete authorized project with its original files. Recoverable trash provides a review window before supported permanent cleanup.
What WorkShutter provides today
The browser private pilot includes project galleries, room and capture-section organization, photo and video uploads, office review, internal comments, controlled sharing, and original exports. The native iPhone and iPad app remains in device testing; Android is not currently included.
