Before installation

Name the job and photograph existing runs, fascia conditions, downspout locations, and tie-in points. Capture wide shots of each elevation and close-ups where water has been a problem. Only record what your company is authorized to document.

During the job

Photograph progress as old material comes off and new runs go up. Record downspout placement, straps, and sealant details the office may need to review. Keep uploads with the same project so estimators and schedulers can find them without another text thread.

At completion

Photograph finished runs, outlets, and splash blocks from the same angles you used at the start. Confirm originals are in the project and downloadable before you leave the site. Share selected photos with a customer only when your process calls for it.
